The Lisburn and Castlereagh Labour Market Partnership is delivering a 2 day WorldHost Supervising Customer Service Academy.
This fully-funded two day workshop is the foundation for establishing a culture of excellence and driving business transformation.

Time: 09.30am to 4.00pm
Location: Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn
At the workshop, you’ll learn how to develop a customer-focused culture within your business, understand how to build and motivate your team, monitor success and identify customer service gaps by providing supervisors with the vital skills they need to recognise the value of excellent customer service.
Who should take the workshop?
This workshop is aimed at those supervising customer service at an operational level and are responsible for ensuring their team deliver outstanding customer service, every time.
