RSPB receives commendation for commitment to customer service

Local Nature Conservation charity, RSPB Northern Ireland has achieved commendation for its commitment to customer service professionalism by the Department for Employment and Learning.

Two of the ten newly accredited WorldHost Ambassadors for Northern Ireland within RSPB NI, Maeve Rafferty and Judith Carville were presented with their official WorldHost certifications and vocationally recognised qualifications in Principles of Customer Service and Welcoming visitors to their destination by Minister Stephen Farry in front of an invited audience at Lough Neagh Discovery Centre on World Tourism Day.

The Lough Neagh basin is home to some of our most important wildlife and RSPB NI help give nature a home across the area. Visitors can experience some of the fantastic wildlife that resides across the Lough Neagh destination at the RSPB Northern Ireland Portmore Lough nature reserve, near Aghalee.
