Forward South Partnership to support the enhancement of customer service skills across the south Belfast destination this Summer
Funded by Belfast City Council the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Training and Recognition Programme will be fully funded for one representative from 40 individual businesses operating within the tourism sector across the South Belfast destination.
Three full day WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Training Courses will be delivered by Chartered Marketer and Licensed WorldHost Trainer Christine Watson of Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing in South Belfast before 30 September 2018.
A maximum of 15 service professionals can be accommodated on each training course and businesses can claim one free delegate place per organisation. Funded places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Once 50% of the customer facing staff in an organisation have successfully completed a WorldHost training programme the business can apply free to Tourism Northern Ireland and People 1st for WorldHost Business Recognition for Excellence in Customer Service Certification.
