  3. A Level Two Vocationally Relevant Qualification on completion of the programme

Private sector organisations in Northern Ireland within the tourism, hospitality, travel or passenger transport sectors employing fewer than 250 employees may be eligible for financial assistance through the Department for Employment and Learning funded package for WorldHost customer service training.
