Carrickfergus Enterprise appoints Watson and Co. Chartered Marketing to deliver WorldHost Customer Service Training as part of Innovative Tourism Academy

Local enterprise agency Carrickfergus Enterprise has re-appointed Watson and Co. Chartered Marketing Licensed WorldHost Trainer Christine Watson to deliver the popular one day WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Training programme to participants on the 2025 Tourism Academy for Mid and East Antrim.

Funded by the UK Government as part of the Go Succeed NI programme the innovative training support package included a range of recognised qualifications.
