WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Training Courses for Forward South Partnership – Delegate places fully funded by Belfast City Council for tourism organisations in South Belfast – 18, 20 and 24 September 2018
On behalf of Forward South Partnership Watson & Co. Chartered Marketing can facilitate 40 fully funded delegate places on the popular WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Training Course.
This South Forward Partnership pilot WorldHost programme for South Belfast has been made possible with funding support from Belfast City Council for tourism organisations operating across the South Belfast destination.
Service professionals working part time, full time, casual hours, volunteering or freelancing in community organisations, social enterprise and businesses such as accommodation providers, restaurants, pubs, entertainment venues, coffee shops, theatres, transport, tour guiding & more are all able to avail of the funding.
The programme runs in South Belfast training venues: the Malone Lodge Hotel and Crescent Arts Centre on 18, 20 and 24 September 2018. The programme is completed in just one day.

Private sector or social enterprise / community / cultural organisations in Northern Ireland within the tourism, hospitality, travel or passenger transport sectors employing fewer than 250 employees may be eligible for fully funded financial assistance through Belfast City Council Community and Neighbourhood Tourism Unit for WorldHost customer service training. 40 funded places are available on a first come first served basis. Funding is available for a maximum of one person per organisation. Organisations applying for the funding are required to ensure delegate attendance on the course for the full day programme.
